What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Your API calls will return a 429 rate limit error until your next billing cycle, or you can upgrade your bucket mid-cycle. We'll send you email alerts at 80% and 90% usage so you're never surprised.
Do unused requests roll over?
Paid plan requests reset monthly and don't roll over. However, your bucket size is "sticky" - if you scale up one month, you stay at that level. Free tier requests are lifetime credits that never expire.
Can I downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade at any time, effective at your next billing cycle. However, bucket sizes are sticky within a tier - you can't go below your highest bucket in that tier. Contact support for special cases.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. We'll only charge you after the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you 17% (pay for 10 months, get 12). You can switch between monthly and annual billing in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice/wire transfer.

How does the bucket-based pricing work?
You choose a request bucket (e.g., 15K, 20K, 25K) instead of paying per request. Within a tier, you can scale up in small increments. Predictable costs, no surprise bills.
